1) Founder and Chief Executive : An engineering graduate passed out with a first class degree from the prestigious Anna University of Chennai 30 years back, after 5 years of work experience founded this Industry and runs it successfully for the last 25 years. He has traveled all over the world and gained good business experience.

2) Factory setup : This being predominantly a service providing job on Induction Hardening, our factory complex is situated within the city limits. We offer 24 hours services and anytime process on Induction Hardening job work.

3) Machine Building : The Induction Heating machines are self-fabricated using indigenous components, combining the best of the imported technology to suit our local applications. Hence our own staff does the machine repair during any time of day or night within hours to prevent production loss.

4) Inductor Building : The Inductor Coil making is a very important tool making process towards the perfect processing of Induction Hardening jobs and we have our own in-house coil making facilities to achieve perfection and reduce lead time.

5) Workmen : We have a bunch of about 50 motivated workmen inclusive of managers, semi skilled and skilled operators who have been provided with bachelor's accommodation,housing,mess hall,entertainment hall etc inside the factory complex.

6) Partners : Father, Son and Daughter are partners and all are engineering graduates. Father passed out BE Engineering from Anna University Chennai. Son passed out BS Engineering, from University of Wisconsin,Madison, USA and MS Engineering, from University of Michigan USA. Daughter has passed out BS Engineering, from Ohio State University, Columbus, USA.
